With extensive experience at management in the areas of finance, business and project management, sales and marketing all within a number of organisations in both the corporate sector and as a business owner, Steve offers skills and experience that can greatly benefit a firm involved with Property Management.
Steve has a Bachelor of Business Studies (Accounting), Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Certified Conference Manager (CEM)
Strata Community Alliance was established after working for 3 Owners Corporation management firms. Steve saw an opportunity to provide a high level of service by the owners of the business who are well qualified. Steve believes that most OC management companies provide administration services rather than providing a high level of management to the Committee of Management and its Owners.
